We give people and brands new opportunities. Today, 25% of people living in Sweden have an ethnic background that isn’t Swedish – showing that it has never been more important to speak with an authentic voice. Diversity has been our cornerstone since we were founded in 2014. We are 50% women and 50% men. We come from 17 different countries and speak a combined 27 languages. It may seem like a simple humble brag, but it’s the very core of the way we work. Because with diversity comes perspective, and it’s from those valuable perspectives we can develop solutions that, in a sweet mix of data and creative expertise, hit exactly where they should. We create communication and design that connects people to brands and takes any digital product to the next level of function and impact. We are a team built on different skills, backgrounds and experiences that collectively want to bring the best out of each other and the brands we work with.
