Amy Ovenden

Amy Ovenden is the HR Operations Manager at Splyt. Amy has over 20 years of experience in human resources, including management of direct reports, delivery of the annual People Plan, and employee relations case management. Ovenden has also been responsible for recruitment processes, reviewing and updating company policies and procedures, management of organisational change, compensation and benefits management, partnering with L&D on competency development and talent management initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, payroll management, health & safety management, and employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

Amy Ovenden has a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management from the University of Greenwich.
