Abe Shamas

Abe Shamas is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in information technology management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at SPM, LLC since May 2023, Abe previously held the position of Information Technology Operations Manager at Rex and Texas Monthly, where responsibilities included managing endpoint and mobile device management, ensuring business continuity, and supporting a large fleet of OSX laptops. Notably, during a tenure at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Abe became a subject matter expert on bespoke software solutions and led technology commissioning for new retail locations. Throughout a career marked by leadership in IT operations at Opcity, Abe was instrumental in shaping IT strategy, enhancing user engagement, and facilitating successful organizational transitions.
