Anthony Alsup

Anthony Alsup has over a decade of experience in various roles within the real estate and property management industry. Anthony currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Services at SPM, LLC, where they oversee the company's asset management, FP&A, and transaction management functions. Additionally, they launched and manages the SPM Building Services line of business, which offers construction management and facilities services for multi-family properties. Anthony is also involved in expanding SPM's student vertical, focusing on property management services and student housing acquisitions.

Prior to their current role, Alsup held positions at Cardinal Group Investments, LLC, where they served as the Director and Associate of Asset Management. Anthony also worked at Cardinal Group Management as a Portfolio Manager. Before that, they were a Regional Manager at both CA Ventures, LLC and Aspen Heights, where they played a key role in building and improving company operations.

Alsup began their career at Asset Campus Housing, where they worked as an Area Supervisor and later as a General Manager, overseeing property operations, financial reporting, staff management, and marketing. Anthony also contributed to the development of company-wide policy and procedure manuals.

Before entering the real estate industry, Alsup gained experience as an intern at Faurecia.

Anthony Alsup attended Dexter High School from 2004 to 2007. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Mississippi in 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biochemistry in 2012. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, which they successfully completed in 2012 as well.
