Sheila M West, NAHP-e, is a seasoned Regional Property Manager with extensive experience in managing senior affordable and conventional apartment communities. Since April 1998, Sheila has overseen a portfolio of 12 senior affordable apartment communities at SPM, LLC. Prior to this role, Sheila served as Regional Property Manager at Insignia Management Group from January 1994 to March 1998, supervising both conventional and affordable apartment communities. Sheila began the property management career at Angeles Real Estate Management Company, managing properties such as Village Green Apartments, Forest River Apartments, and Devonshire Apartments from June 1984 to December 1993. Sheila studied at Auburn University at Montgomery from 1980 to 1982.
