Tres Gray has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1992, they worked as Special Operations for Childcare Assistance Relief Effort, Inc. In 1995, they took on the role of Special Projects for Talus Group, L.L.C. In 1996, they became Manager of Business Development for GameTech International, where they opened and managed new sales territories in three states, directly responsible for increasing annual sales by over $2.5 million. In 1998, they took on the role of General Manager - Member for Trend Gaming, L.L.C. In 2005, they opened and managed a startup Texas electronic fundraising equipment distributorship as Managing Member for Austin Capital Group, L.L.C. In 2007, they became Account Manager II for Baker Hughes Centrilift, managing over 500 sub-pump wells for a large major producer. In 2012, they took on the role of Rocky Mountain Region Senior Sales Manager for GE Oil & Gas, where they directed and lead the Rocky Mountain Region and managed and grew customer accounts. In 2017, they became Director of Sales - Rocky Mountain Region for Liberty Lift Solutions LLC, where they directed and lead the Rocky Mountain Region sales efforts in artificial lift solutions. In 2018, they took on the role of Business Development Manager for Endurance Lift Solutions. Most recently, in 2019, they became Regional Sales Manager for SPOC Automation.

Tres Gray attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a field of study in Finance, General.
