Jason Weeks has worked at a variety of companies since 2007. Jason began their career as a Youth Service Specialist at Action for Boston Community Development in 2008. In 2007, they were a Senior Peer Educator and a Rhetoric/African American Studies Department Research Assistant at Bates College. In 2011, they were a Social Media Marketing Intern at Flink Learning and a Marketing Data Coordinator at Brewster Home Fashions. In 2013, they were an Account Manager at KSS International, Inc. In 2015, they were a Developer at Design For Change USA, an Instructional Associate and Developer in Residence at General Assembly, and a Software Engineer at Innovation Accelerator. In 2017, they were a Software Engineer II at Invicro, A Konica Minolta Company. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer II at Spoiler Alert. In these roles, they have collaborated on data modeling and system architecture, designed and written web applications, contributed to UI/UX design and implementation, assessed, improved and maintained iPACS environments, developed unit tests, maintained Webpack, Node, and Vue, developed in-house applications based on company patents, taught fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Ember, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Mongoose, Express, Backbone, D3, Mocha, created and managed web presence across various social media platforms, responded to clients via social media platforms, developed smart app banners, developed web portals, managed internet accounts, compiled reports and data for supervisors and senior marketing executives, collaborated and executed social media initiatives, resolved client conflicts, ensured on time completion of projects, led team-building and leadership initiatives, conducted community-building and personal development workshops, served as a role model and supervised, motivated, and supported youth workers, and contributed to the design and implementation of various programs.

Jason Weeks attended Brookline High School from 2004 to 2007. Jason then went on to Bates College where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with concentrations in Philosophy and Religion from 2007 to 2011. In 2015, they attended General Assembly for Front End Web Development.
