Brian Byrdsong

Brian Byrdsong has extensive work experience in software development and engineering management. Brian worked as a Senior Software Developer Lead at Spok since 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at EY from 2016 to 2023, including Product Engineering Lead and Application Engineering Lead. At EY, they led engineering management functions for multiple products, implemented generative AI technology, and introduced development technologies and techniques. Before joining EY, they served as the Director of Software Development at Capstone Logistics, LLC from 2004 to 2016, where they developed a Windows application for automating employee PTO management. Brian also worked as a Web Developer at USCI from 1999 to 2004.

Brian Byrdsong attended DeVry University, where they studied Computer Programming. In October 2017, they obtained the SAFe® 4 Certified Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
