Kenn Hamm

Director, Operations, Global Professional Services at Spok

Kenn Hamm's work experience includes roles at several companies. At Spok, they started as a Program Manager, overseeing international projects and implementing changes to improve billable utilization. Kenn then became a Professional Services Manager, leading a team of project managers and redesigning policies and procedures. Later, they served as a Senior Manager, managing operations in the Global Professional Services department. Most recently, they worked at Optum, where they were a Project Manager, Manager of IT Software Engineering, and Principal Product Owner/Product Manager. Kenn also worked at FormFast, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for installing and managing proprietary software for healthcare solutions.

Kenn Hamm has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Kenn also has a Master's degree in Global Management (MGM) from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
