Alexis Deleo

Alexis DeLeo is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in both emergency services and clinical systems training. Currently serving as a Firefighter with Stevens County Fire Protection District 1 and a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT with Spokane County Fire District 9, Alexis has a strong commitment to community safety and emergency response. At Seattle Children's, Alexis has progressed from a Family Services Coordinator to a Senior Clinical Systems Trainer, focusing on enhancing the competence of Epic users to improve patient experiences. Prior roles include managerial positions in retail, such as Area Manager at Groupe Dynamite and Store Manager at various companies, demonstrating a strong foundation in operational management, customer service, and team leadership. Alexis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Interpersonal Communication from Montana State University Billings and an Associate degree in Communication from Spokane Falls Community College.
