Lindsay Chapman

Lindsay Chapman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and project management. Currently serving as the Solid Waste Project Manager for Spokane County since July 2017, Lindsay focuses on planning and implementing complex projects and initiatives involving collaboration with government agencies, community groups, and the public, while overseeing waste reduction education programs. Prior to this role, Lindsay was a Sustainability Coordinator at Beloit College, facilitating sustainability activities and integrating sustainability themes into the curriculum. Additional experience includes serving as a Sustainability Analyst at Legrand, where Lindsay worked on resource efficiency and employee well-being, and as a Sustainability Consultant for the Town of Red Hook, NY, compiling greenhouse gas inventories and evaluating energy efficiency upgrades. Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from Bard College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Fox University.
