The Leadership Team at Spokane County Fire oversees strategic planning, operational management, and resource allocation within the department. Comprising the Fire Chief and Deputy Chiefs, the team ensures effective emergency response, fosters community safety initiatives, and provides leadership and support to the firefighting staff, all while adapting to the challenges posed by COVID-19.
