Aaron Riley

Aaron Riley has extensive experience in leadership and management within various nonprofit and community service organizations. Currently, Aaron serves as the Director of Services at SNAP since 2015, overseeing the Essential Connections Core. Additionally, Aaron is the Founder and CEO of New Leaf North America, established in 2008, which focuses on supporting LGBTQ individuals of color and their allies. Previous roles include Planning and Evaluation Specialist at the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Board of Franklin County and Executive Director positions with the Columbus AIDS Task Force and Rickenbacker-Woods, Inc. Aaron's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University, with ongoing studies towards an MBA at Whitworth University.
