Annelize Grobler

Annelize Grobler, MHA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Performance and Operations Excellence at MultiCare Health System since December 2021, supporting the Executive Vice President/System Chief Physician Executive in managing various system-wide responsibilities, including the MultiCare Cancer Institute and MultiCare Neuroscience Institute. Prior roles include Director of Specialty Care Ambulatory Operations and Manager of Business & Operational Systems at EvergreenHealth, where operational oversight spanned over 250 staff and a significant budget. Annelize's experience also encompasses strategic positions at Seattle Children's, Allina Health, and other organizations, with a strong foundation in performance improvement and operational leadership, complemented by a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont.
