Kathy Weisberg

Kathy Weisberg is an experienced professional in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong background in managing IAM operations and leading cross-functional projects. Currently serving as the Manager of IAM at MultiCare Health System since July 2019, Kathy oversees an operations team and is responsible for building the IAM program, including implementations for Identity Governance Administration and Privileged Access Management. Previously, as a Senior IAM Analyst at IDMWORKS, Kathy supported clients' IAM initiatives by documenting requirements and analyzing business processes. At Group Health, Kathy worked as a Consultant II, focusing on IAM Process Improvement projects, and held roles in project planning and access management, where Kathy contributed to vendor evaluations and improvement plans. With a foundational career in quality assurance, Kathy has consistently demonstrated expertise in ensuring software quality across various methodologies.
