Nicole Wenzel

Nicole Wenzel is the Associate Vice President of Integration & Strategic Program Delivery at MultiCare Health System, a position held since January 2022 after a promotion from the Executive Director role. With a decade of experience at MultiCare, Nicole has played a pivotal role in driving the integration of acquired services and overseeing major construction projects. Previous to the AVP position, Nicole served as the Director of Major Capital Projects, managing complex construction initiatives and leading a team, and as a Senior Financial Analyst, identifying significant cost savings opportunities. Nicole's early career included a role as a Senior Internal Auditor & Scheduler at Weyerhaeuser, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting. Nicole holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the University of Idaho and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington Tacoma.
