Shareka Fortier

Shareka Fortier, MSML, CDP, currently serves as the Chief Workforce Development Officer and AVP Talent Acquisition, as well as the Chief Belonging Officer at MultiCare Health System since June 2021. Prior to this, Shareka held the position of Executive Director for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at Clover Park Technical College from August 2019 to August 2021, and worked as Supervisor for Community Outreach & Culture at MultiCare Health System from July 2016 to July 2019. Shareka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Washington (2003-2007) and a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.
