Teresa Harberg

Teresa Harberg serves as the Assistant Vice President of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services at MultiCare Health System since September 2019, where previous roles included Executive Director and System Director for Ambulatory Pharmacy. Teresa has extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, having previously held the position of Division Manager at CHI Franciscan Health from March 2014 to September 2019. Teresa's academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Washington State University.
