Ali Kashefian

Ali Kashefian is a Staff Software/ML Engineer at Linktree since October 2023 and serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Menlo College, teaching courses in AI and Business Analytics. Previously, Ali worked as an Artificial Intelligence Consultant at LocalBy, focusing on semantic search and chatbot development. Prior roles include a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where significant contributions were made to ReEngage AI and Firebase Performance Monitoring. Earlier experience includes consulting for Motion Metrics International and positions as a research assistant at The University of British Columbia and Sharif University of Technology. Ali holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering, and a Master's in Software Systems from The University of British Columbia.
