William McDonough

William McDonough has over thirty years of work experience in Human Resources and Benefits. William began their career in 1990 as an Administration Lead at Costco Wholesale. In 1996, they moved to ING as a Benefits Specialist, where they performed Health/Welfare benefit analysis and planning for 1,200 employees. In 2003, they became a Benefits Operations Manager at ICI, managing day-to-day operations for Health and Welfare benefits for 7,500 employees. In 2005, they joined AkzoNobel as a Project Manager/Benefits Manager, where they were selected as the benefits project lead in creating a Shared Services environment for approximately 10,000 employees. In 2010, they moved to Hewitt Associates as an HM Design Consultant (Experienced), where they were responsible for creating benefit strategy, plan design, and pricing for Health and Welfare clients. In 2013, they joined ETS as a Director of Reward Talent and Benefits Manager, where they managed day-to-day operations for Health and Welfare benefits for 3,500 employees. In 2020, they became an Associate Director Benefits at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.). Most recently, in 2021, they became a Voice Over Artist at True Voice Communications, specializing in corporate presentations, e-learn as well as character driven voice overs in animation and audiobooks. William is also a featured player in the horror podcast "Weeping Cedars". In 2022, they began working as a Voice Over Artist at SpokenLayer.

William McDonough holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in January 2011.
