Nicole Smith has extensive work experience in the field of digital marketing and strategy. Nicole is currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy at Spokes Digital Inc. since June 2018. Prior to this, Nicole has held various roles at Return On Web (ROW), including AVP Operations & Client Account Manager, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Digital Officer. Their responsibilities at ROW included developing brand strategies, lead generation tactics, improvising CTR of landing pages, account management, digital strategy & media planning, online lead generation & sales, digital analytics, search engine optimization, PPC, social media, mobile and email marketing. Nicole also has experience as a Management Trainee at Kotak Mahindra Bank and as a Summer Trainee at Fortune Financial Services (India) Limited.

Nicole Smith's education history begins with their graduation in the field of Science and Bio Technology from Kanpur University in India. Nicole attended from 2005 to 2008. After that, they pursued a post-graduate diploma in Marketing and HR from the Jagran Institute of Management from 2009 to 2011.

Aside from their formal education, Nicole Smith has obtained multiple certifications. In March 2020, they received the Google My Business Certification from Google.
