Rachel Coker

Rachel Coker is an accomplished leader in the arts and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as the Chief Advancement Officer at Spoleto Festival USA since August 2023. Previously, Coker held the position of Chief Development and External Affairs Officer at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, where responsibilities included fundraising and raising awareness about the organization's mission. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy Director of External Affairs at Storm King Art Center, and positions in development at the New Museum of Contemporary Art and The Perlman Music Program, as well as a museum specialist role at the Hirshhorn Museum & Sculpture Garden. Coker holds a Master's degree in Arts Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Studio Art and Art History from Wellesley College.
