Danni Laing is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Sponge since 2025, Danni previously held the role of Head of Human Resources at The Priory Learning Trust from 2017 to 2025 and worked as the HR Manager at Priory Community School from 2013 to 2017.
