Sam Webster

Sam Webster is an experienced Learning Experience Designer currently at Sponge since December 2022, with a prior role as Senior Instructional Designer at PulseLearning Global from January 2021 to December 2022, specializing in the design of eLearning products for mental health initiatives. Sam has significant experience at Nationwide Building Society from September 2011 to January 2021, where responsibilities included creating engaging digital learning solutions and building SCORM compatible eLearning in Articulate Storyline 360, alongside leadership roles in high-profile projects and mentoring other designers. Earlier experience includes positions at Aviva as an Underwriting Advisor and as a Customer Service Consultant, complemented by a Bachelor's Honours degree in Games Art & Design from Norwich University College of the Arts and a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design from City College Norwich.
