Gena Ricciardi

Gena Ricciardi currently serves as the Director of Development for Individual Giving and Special Events at Spoonfuls, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Gena held several pivotal roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston from August 2016 to November 2023, culminating as the Director of Annual Giving, where responsibilities included creating and executing a comprehensive annual giving program to generate $2.2 million in operating funds. Additionally, Gena was instrumental in cultivating leadership donor relationships and leading the Artemis Circle women’s program. Prior experience includes managing large-scale events as Festival Manager for the "What the Fluff? Festival," and driving business development for The Welcoming Committee. Gena began a career in nonprofit development at Fenway Community Health, achieving significant growth in donor engagement and funding. Education includes a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University.
