Juan Pablo Paredes Rueda has worked in various roles since 2013. Juan Pablo began their career as a Pasante in the Department of Processes at Hospital León Becerra in 2013, followed by a role as a Pasante in the Department of Operations at LUBRISA S.A. in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Consultor at DEMING SOLUTIONS CONSULTORA DE NEGOCIOS SOLNEGDE S.A. and as an Asistente de Productividad at both Ecuabarnices S.A. - Grupo Vilaseca and FABRICA DE ENVASES S.A.
