Jacynthe Ménard, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Jacynthe began their career as an Accounting Clerk at Cascades in 2015, where they served until March 2016. Jacynthe then completed an internship at KPMG from May to July 2016. In 2017, Jacynthe joined KPMG as a Staff Accountant, and they held this position until September 2019. During their tenure at KPMG, they were promoted to Senior Accountant in October 2019 and later became a Manager in November 2020. In October 2021, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager and remained in this position until September 2022. Jacynthe then moved to KPMG Norway and worked as a Senior Accountant from November 2020 to October 2021. Jacynthe was subsequently promoted to Assistant Manager in October 2021 and served in this capacity until November 2022. Most recently, in December 2022, Jacynthe joined Spoor as a Business Development Manager. In addition to their professional experience, they also worked as a Grader at McGill University from May 2019 to September 2020.
Jacynthe Ménard, CPA, completed their education in Accounting at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management from 2014 to 2017. Jacynthe then went on to pursue a graduate certificate in professional accounting, known as GCPA, at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management from 2017 to 2018.

Today, the lack of suitable solutions to monitor biodiversity efficiently and remotely is threatening both biodiversity and the progress to environmentally-sustainable infrastructure. How can industries meet themuch-needed goals of a green shift, while also caring for the biodiversity consequences of its urgent efforts? We are first tackling this challenge by developing an AI-powered software for bird monitoring on wind farms, leveraging existing infrastructure, off-the-shelf hardware and computer vision. Our grand ambition is to enable industry and nature to coexist.
