In the past, Hoa has worked as a Project Manager at VietJet Air and Sovico Group, as well as a Co-founder and BD Head at Jamalex Pte. Ltd. Hoa's experience also includes roles at Lazada, My thuat Bui - Bui Art, and Vietcombank. Hoa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Business from Foreign Trade University.
