Ben Histand

Ben Histand currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Sport Alliance GmbH, having previously held the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. At Sport Alliance, Ben designed and implemented the company's first xP&A software solution, automated budgeting processes, and developed live forecasting and reporting systems. Prior to this, Ben worked at Airhouse where significant process improvements reduced reporting time amidst growing revenue complexity. Ben's career also includes roles at Relias, where contributions spanned strategy development, forecasting, budgeting, and team leadership, as well as earlier positions in finance and operations at Equity Track, DISH, and Dotted Music. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Bethel College-North Newton and has a background in enhancing financial processes and reporting efficiency across various industries.
