Ian Tizzard

Ian Tizzard has over 18 years of experience in the sports broadcasting industry. Ian currently serves as the Head of Production at Sport BUFF since August 2021. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Freelance Producer at Premier League Productions, where they produced daily live news and features studio shows.

From 2013 to 2020, Ian worked as a Senior Sports Producer at beIN MEDIA GROUP. In this role, they led a team in the live coverage of various football competitions such as the FIFA World Cup and UEFA Champions League. Ian also produced high-quality sport documentaries and features for broadcast and digital channels.

Before joining beIN MEDIA GROUP, Ian worked as a Sports Producer at Endemol Sport Middle East from 2010 to 2013. Here, they played an integral role in delivering a dedicated English Premier League channel for the Middle Eastern audience.

From 2009 to 2010, Ian served as a Promotions Producer at Orbit Showtime Network, where they conceptualized and delivered sports promotions for major satellite broadcasting. Prior to this, they worked at GTV (Gateway Television) from 2007 to 2009 as a Producer, originating and delivering sports programming for African audiences. Ian also worked as a Producer at Input Media in 2008 and as an Assistant Producer at Century TV Limited from 2005 to 2007. Ian'scareer in the sports broadcasting industry began as an Assistant Producer at Showtime from 2003 to 2005.

Ian Tizzard attended Bournemouth University from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a BA HONS degree in Film and TV.
