Nic Just

Nic Just has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career as a Swimming Teacher and Recreation Assistant at The King's School Canterbury from 2001 to 2005. They then worked as a Sales Associate at SPG Media from March to June 2008. Following this, they took on the role of Service and Purchasing Administrator at Karcher UK from June to November 2008. They also worked as an Internal Sales Advisor at Otto (UK) Ltd from December 2008 to November 2009.

In 2009, Nic Just joined Sport England and held multiple positions within the organization. They started as a Grant Support Administrator from December 2009 to May 2011. They then worked as a Grants Officer from June 2011 to January 2013, followed by a role as a Grants Manager from February 2013 to May 2017. During their time as a Grants Manager, they managed various funding programs and a portfolio of projects.

Nic Just's next role at Sport England was as a Senior Grants Manager from June 2017 to July 2018. They then became a Partner Support Manager from July 2018 to January 2021, providing high-quality support to partners in various sports. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Partner Support, starting in February 2021.

In addition to their work at Sport England, Nic Just also worked as a self-employed Sports Massage Therapist at Just Sports Massage from April 2016 to March 2018. They provided services to the Leicestershire Men's Hockey team and worked at sports events.

Nic Just attended Simon Langton Girls' Grammar School from 1996 to 2003. After finishing high school, Nic studied at Loughborough University from 2004 to 2007, majoring in Geography and earning a Bachelor of Science degree. In addition to formal education, Nic obtained various certifications. In September 2004, Nic received the Level 2 Certification for Teaching Swimming from The Amateur Swimming Association. Later, in September 2007, Nic obtained the Open Water Diver certification from PADI. Lastly, in April 2016, Nic received the Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy from VTCT.
