Steven Garrett

Steven Garrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sport management and data analysis, currently serving as Transformation and Data Lead at Sport England since December 2018. Prior roles include Strategic Lead - Data and Head of Customer Insight, contributing to various strategic initiatives. Previously, Steven held the position of Talent Pathway Manager at British Fencing, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive talent program focused on athlete and coach experiences.
