Arnaud Costes

Arnaud Costes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Arnaud began their career in 2008 as an Apprentice Development Engineer at RTE-FRANCE. In 2008, they also completed a PHP development internship at Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile.

In 2012, Arnaud joined Netvibes as a Backend Developer, where they were responsible for the development and evolution of the entire backend system. Arnaud managed API management, designed database schemas, and implemented improvements for scalability. Arnaud also handled the development and management of asynchronous processes and job queues.

Within Netvibes, Arnaud later became an Engineering Manager, supervising a team of four people on a project that involved exporting Netvibes applications to another platform. Arnaud adapted and redesigned applications to fit the new environment, and implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) support.

Since 2017, Arnaud has been working at Sport Heroes. Arnaud started as a Lead Backend Developer, contributing their expertise in backend development. In 2018, they were promoted to Engineering Manager, overseeing the development activities of the team. Their latest role at Sport Heroes is the CTO, which they assumed in April 2021.

Throughout their career, Arnaud has demonstrated a strong technical background, with proficiency in backend development, database management, system scalability, and project management.

Arnaud Costes started their education at IUT Paris 13 in 2006 and completed their degree in Informatique in 2008. Following this, they attended ESIPE - École supérieure d’ingénieurs de Paris-Est from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their degree in Informatique et Réseaux.
