Elsa Feugueur has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Elsa started their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2009 as an Indirect Buyer and worked there until 2011. Elsa then joined PepsiCo as an Indirect Buyer for a year before transitioning to SFR Business in 2012, where they initially worked as a Sales Executive and later as a Business Manager until 2014.

After that, Elsa joined Sparklane in 2014, where they first worked as a Senior Sales Executive and later as a Business Manager until 2017. In 2017, they became the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Sport Heroes, a startup SaaS company focused on Sports and Wellness. Elsa held this position until the present.

In 2021, Elsa joined You First board as a member, and in 2022 they became a member of the Business Operations Network, a reference network for Business Operations teams in France.
