Amy Smith is an experienced professional in donor engagement and fundraising, currently serving as the Director of Donor Experience at Sportable - Adaptive Sports and Recreation since November 2020. In this role, Amy has successfully expanded the monthly giving program and enhanced connections between donors and the organization's mission of supporting athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments. Prior to this, Amy was the Campaign Manager at United Way Greater Richmond and Petersburg from September 2019 to February 2021, where management of over 100 fundraising campaigns showcased skills in research, relationship-building, and strategic planning. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations from Miami University, earned from 1986 to 1990.
