Helen Swanson is an accomplished quality and engineering professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality management. Currently serving as VP of Quality & Engineering at Sportech Inc. since January 2018, Swanson previously held roles including Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at the same company, Senior Manager of Supplier Quality at Sleep Number Corporation, and Director of Continuous Improvement & QA at E&O Tool and Plastics, Inc. Earlier career positions include Quality Manager at Mid-Continent Engineering, Tetra Pak, and Honeywell Advanced Circuits/Johnson Matthey. Swanson holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
