In 2003, Campbell transitioned to Greatbatch Medical, a company providing innovative solutions to the medical and commercial industries. At Greatbatch, they held various roles, including Production Manager for Capacitors and Medical Power. Mike also served as the Production, Materials & Continuous Improvement Manager, leading a team responsible for transforming a medical component facility into a high-margin contributor.
