Dr. Michael Sachtleber, MBA has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Dr. Michael is currently serving as the Global Head of Supplier Quality & Failure Management at Sport Group Holding since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Quality Management & HSE at Andritz Separation GmbH from June 2021 to August 2022. From March 2019 to May 2021, they held the position of Business Officer Quality Management / Division "Products" at TÜV Rheinland Group. Dr. Sachtleber also has experience working at Siemens as a Supplier Quality Manager / Strategic Procurement from September 2010 to February 2019. Before that, they held roles at ThyssenKrupp Nirosta GmbH as a Production Manager / Melting Shop Stainless Steel Work from April 2007 to September 2010, and as a Project Manager / Materials & Process Engineering from March 2004 to March 2007. Dr. Michael began their career as a Research Associate at Max-Planck-Institute for Iron Research GmbH from January 2001 to February 2004.
Dr. Michael Sachtleber, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration degree from ESMT Berlin from 2007 to 2009. Prior to this, they pursued Materials Science and Engineering at RWTH Aachen University where they obtained their Doctor's Degree.
