Kadir Songur

Kadir Songur has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Global Head of Lean Management at Sport Group Holding since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager Operations at seiseki consulting GmbH starting from October 2018. Kadir was also a Corporate Management Partner and Inhouse Consultant at Deutsche Bahn from October 2017 to September 2020. Before that, Kadir worked as an Opex/Lean Manager at Crane ChemPharma & Energy from April 2016 to September 2017. Kadir also served as a Produktionssteuerung und -optimierung at SCHORCH Elektrische Maschinen und Antriebe from May 2013 to March 2016. Their professional journey began with a Berufsausbildung zum Bürokaufmann at Vostex VSH GmbH & Co. KG Garne, starting in September 2003 and ending in July 2006.
