Marco Schröder has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Marco is currently the CFO of Sport Group Holding for the EMEA region since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Melos GmbH, where they held multiple roles including Geschäftsführer, Kaufmännischer Leiter/CFO, Personalleiter/HR-Manager, and Leiter Finanz- und Rechnungswesen from 2002 to 2020. From 2016 to 2023, they were the Geschäftsführer/CFO at Polytex Sportbeläge Produktions GmbH. Marco started their career at Burton in 1993 as a Vertriebssachbearbeiter and later became the Assistent des kaufmännischen Leiters from 1999 to 2001.

Marco Schröder completed their education at Burton GmbH from 1990 to 1993, obtaining a degree in Industriekaufmann.
