Steven Borgiani

Steven Borgiani is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and customer service. Currently serving as a Team Lead for Softgoods at Sporting Life since September 2017, Steven focuses on coaching sales associates and conducting audits to uphold departmental standards. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Sales Associate in the same department, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service and achieving key performance indicators. Additionally, during a contract at Youth Unlimited (YFC Toronto) in 2021, Steven worked as a Program Coordinator, overseeing a team of eight for various drop-in sports programs. Steven holds a degree in Social Service Worker from Seneca Polytechnic and an OSSD from Monsignor Fraser - Norfinch Campus.
