Ajay Dogra

Ajay Dogra has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at SPORTING SYNDICATE PVT. LTD. since January 2016. Previously, Ajay held the position of General Manager of Plant Operations at METRO MILK PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED from June 2008 to February 2016, where significant growth was achieved by increasing daily processing capacity from 10,000 liters to 150,000 liters and raising annual turnover from 50 Crores to 450 Crores within eight years. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, completed between 1984 and 1988, and a matriculation degree from S G G S High School, Sector 35, Chandigarh, earned in 1982.
