Britni Greninger

Britni Greninger is an accomplished professional in client service and customer support, currently serving as Head of Client Service for US Operations at Sportradar since July 2019. In this role, Britni has developed and implemented processes to effectively handle escalations and provide messaging guidance to clients globally, while also collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance technical issue resolution and improve client experiences. Prior to Sportradar, Britni held various positions at NCSA Next College Student Athlete, advancing from Member Support Assistant to Member Support Lead between March 2017 and July 2019. Britni holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Nevada College and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
