Sports Academy
Sarah is the Executive Assistant to Co-Founder of Sports Academy and Body Dynamix, Dr. Beau Daniels, DC. Sarah has a multi-faceted skill set that allows her to be plugged into multiple areas of the company. She works in the ISM clinic with management, patient relations and marketing, Volleyball operations, programming, and admin as well as assisting in the overall organization of the company. Sarah loves leading by example and is always willing to lend a helping hand whether it’s for a fellow colleague or client! She is excited to be the assistant coach for the boys 15’s team for the 2022-23 club season.
Sarah attended Auburn University in Alabama where she played Division 1 Volleyball for 4.5 years and graduated in Winter of 2013 with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and minor in Business. She then went on to complete her Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration at Concordia Irvine in 2015. From being a former student athlete at a high-level university, Sarah understands the Sports Academy model and wants to share her experience so she can help others on their journey to maximize their full potential.

THE ACADEMY is our physical home for training. A 100,000 square-foot facility, operates five basketball courts, five volleyball courts, two beach volleyball courts, a turf field, combative and self-defense dojo, a comprehensive sports medicine practice for medical therapy and rehabilitation, a biomechanics lab, a world-class cognitive training lab, an e-sports training ground, a mondo sprint track, a learning center for academic tutoring and training, and a yoga/cycling studio. We are updating the way people approach human performance.
