Roger Alcaly

Roger Alcaly has been in the investment business for more than 30 years and was one of the founding partners of Mount Lucas Management, LP. He also served in the Carter Administration and at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and taught Economics at Columbia University for 10 years.
