Haya AlDabaan is a legal professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Prince Sultan University, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2021. Currently serving as a Legal Senior Specialist at Sports Boulevard Foundation since September 2023, Haya previously held the position of Associate Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Investment from June 2021 to November 2023. Haya started a career in law as a Legal Intern at Saudi Venture Capital Company from September 2020 to May 2021 and co-founded the Youth Development Association at Prince Sultan University, contributing from September 2018 to March 2020. Academic background includes a High School Diploma from AlTarbiya Alislamiya Schools, completed in 2015.

Sports Boulevard Foundation
Sports Boulevard project is one of Riyadh’s Four Mega projects launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, on 19 March 2019. The project will be innovative destination that contributes to fulfilling a key goal of the Saudi Vision 2030 to promote Riyadh’s position among the world’s most livable cities. Sports Boulevard is the largest linear park and a widespread destination that attracts pedestrians, professional and amateur cyclists, and horse riders, alongside art and culture enthusiasts and eco-friends, altogether, on paths and spaces that create a healthy lifestyle.
