Giana Harris has extensive experience in customer service and sales, with over a decade at Sports Endeavors, progressing from an Order Filler (2002-2005) to roles such as Team Sales Agent, Inside Sales Representative, and ultimately Inside Sales Representative Lead (2023-Present). In this current role, Giana Harris assists representatives with product inquiries and escalated customer issues. Previous experience includes positions as a Customer Service Representative at STARTEK, assisting T-Mobile customers, and INFONXX, where responsibilities involved providing information and assistance as a 411 operator. Giana Harris holds an AAS in Medical Office Administration and Nursing Assistance from Alamance Community College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
