Gideon Tenne

Gideon Tenne has a diverse work experience starting from 2002 to the present. Gideon began as a Plant Engineer at Negev Ceramics Ltd., where they provided technical support for maintenance and implemented more efficient maintenance methods. Gideon then joined Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Israel in 2005 as an Operation Manager, where they supervised 800 employees and directed the operations of 7 departments. In 2011, they became the Director of the Operational Excellence Program at Teva Pharmaceuticals, leading the implementation and development of the program. After leaving Teva, Gideon joined Albaad fem in 2014 as a Plant Manager, overseeing 400 employees and supervising activities across various departments. Gideon continued their career at Albaad USA Inc. in 2016, first as a Plant Manager, streamlining activities for 250 employees, and later as a Senior Project Manager and Supply Chain, focusing on customer service improvement and cost reduction. Currently, Gideon is the Vice President of Manufacturing at Sports Endeavors, responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of production, production planning, workflow, and productivity controls. Gideon also participates as a member of the organizational senior operations leadership team.

Gideon Tenne completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Gideon then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Commerce, General from the same university, which they completed from 2002 to 2004.
