Chris Koch

Chris Koch is the Purchasing Manager at Sports Images. Chris has over ten years of experience in leading and managing service departments for companies in the HVAC and plumbing industries.

Chris began their career in April 2005 as Vice President - Service for Design Mechanical, Inc., a Comfort Systems USA Company. Chris was responsible for leading the company's HVAC and plumbing service department, which they successfully grew from $2.5 million in 2005 to $8.3 million by 2014. During their time with Design Mechanical, Inc., Chris also successfully started and grew a plumbing service department, and they were responsible for the department's budgeting, forecasting, and full P & L. In 2010, they successfully acquired a business in a targeted growth market for a branch location. In 2008, they successfully integrated a local Comfort Systems affiliate into the Service Department.

Chris is a proven leader and manager who knows how to coach and support staff in order to help them reach their full potential. Chris has a proven track record of successfully growing service departments and increasing revenue through tight control of manpower, scheduling, and overhead. Chris is also an expert at reviewing customer contracts and resolving issues.

Chris Koch obtained a BSBA from Regis University with a focus in business and business management. Chris later attended Clear Creek for certification in Kaizen Leader from the Acuity Institute and LEED AP from USGBC Colorado.

They are on a team with John Capuano - Vice President, Joseph Each - Vice President of Sales, and Matt Williams - National Account Manager. Chris Koch reports to Joe Walling, General Manager.
