Ian O'Donoghue

Ian O'Donoghue has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Desktop Support Technician at SIS Betting since November 2017. Previously, Ian held roles including Office 365 Early Life Support at New Signature UK, 2nd Line Deskside Support Technician at AstraZeneca, and 1st Line Network Administrator at Unicom - Universal Utilities LTD. Additionally, Ian worked as a 1st Line IT Technician at First4Skills, providing daily support to over 500 colleagues and handling various technical tasks such as hardware fault finding, Active Directory management, and configuration of laptops and desktops. Ian holds a Certificate IV in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Campbelltown TAFE NSW, completed in 2011, and attended Fairfield High School from 1986 to 1991.
